We are now looking for an analytical and forward-thinking global CFO to join us on our successful journey.About the position
As the CFO of the KB Components group, you will have a broad position with responsibility for leading and developing the company’s Finance and IT departments. You will drive improvements and ensure that financial and IT objectives are met. As the CFO you will be responsible for the group's reporting and accounting.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that financial policies are followed in the group via internal controls and that we comply with all regulatory requirements as a listed company
With nine subsidiaries and over 1 500 employees, this role demands that you can navigate quickly between different companies and tasks.
The position demands that you, with ease, can switch perspective between being operational and dive into details as well as being strategic and take a helicopter perspective.
As CFO you currently have 7 Financial Managers across the globe who report to you in a dotted line as well as one direct report IT Manager for Sweden. You will work closely with all Financial Managers, and act as their coach and mentor when needed. You will be responsible to ensure that you have a inspiring and dynamic team spirit within your departments as well as keeping your Team members motivated and eager to develop.
Your work will also include Transfer pricing, IR responsible, preparing board meetings, etc. The CFO will most likely also be responsible for the CSRD-reporting.
The CFO is also the contact person for auditors and external authorities and other stakeholders.
The position of CFO grants a place in the company’s global executive team, and you will report to the CEO of KB Components group.
The position includes travel to our subsidiaries.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equaling in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Solid experience from a senior executive financial position.
- Proven experience in group accounting and consolidation.
- Knowledge of IFRS. Experience from listed company is an advantage.
- Strong experience in financial analysis and acquisition processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as an ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- Experience from international manufacturing companies is an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and Office 365 and experience of Qliqsense, Cognos, MFN, Strictlog, Monitor, ERP system is an advantage.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written is required.
