Would you like to shape the future of IoT Networks for Smart Cities in a growing organization?
The
R&D team is a diverse multi-site team currently consisting of twelve
engineers working on embedded hardware, our Linux IoT gateway, our cloud
solution (backend/frontend) and mobile apps used for configuration and
diagnosis in the field. We have our hands full, optimizing our existing light
controllers and developing new, innovative products allowing municipalities and
utilities to reach their CO2 emission reduction targets.
We
are currently looking for an electronics designer to strengthen the hardware
team and contribute to the development of our newest smart lighting hardware.
You will work with schematics and PCB layout and be involved in the whole
project, from research and concept phase to actual production. This will
include prototyping and testing in your electronics lab. The team is innovative
and a lot of time is dedicated to innovation and discussing ideas.
Who are you?
- You hold a degree (B.Sc., M.Sc.) in electronics engineering or equivalent via relevant experience
- You love electronics design and thrive in a team oriented environment, where collaboration and work review are part of the daily routines
- You enjoy spending time in the lab prototyping and look forward to putting the product to work on our outdoor testbed
- You have used or know tools supporting Continuous Integration and Delivery
- You take ownership, have a creative mind and like coming up with elegant solutions to technical problems
- You are comfortable working in English, other languages are definitely a plus

The position is located close to Jönköping in Habo, Sweden. Some travel is expected (~10 days / year).
