Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop user friendly packaging solutions for new and existing products - Conduct tests and analysis to ensure packaging meets functional, safety, and regulatory requirements - Collaborate and drive your projects with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, procurement, marketing and supply chain, to deliver cost-effective and sustainable packaging solutions - Optimize packaging materials and solutions to enhance product protection and functionality - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials and technologies to drive innovation - Close cooperation with external suppliers and vendors during development to secure deliverables and manage timeline - Develop and maintain documentation for packaging specifications and processes To enjoy your new organization you need a pro-active and entrepreneurial personality who thrives in a high speed and team oriented environment. You have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience within packaging business – developing and optimizing packaging solutions.
