YOU WILL As a Partner Development Coordinator, you will support Serstech’s commercial efforts by identifying new opportunities, assisting our partners, and helping us reach key markets across the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating new leads in the EMEA region, with a focus on Europe, through monitoring publication of tenders, search engines, internal tools, and industry networks - Initiating contact and establishing new partner relationships, including signing NDAs and - presenting Serstech and our product offering - Building and strengthening the relationship with existing partners in selected markets, by acting as a point of contact, responding to questions, sharing updates, and supporting tenders - Following up on website interactions and identifying potential leads - Preparing for and participating in international exhibitions and events - Supporting market and go-to-market strategies by conducting analysis in focus markets and competitors YOU ARE We are looking for a driven and structured individual with experience from B2B sales and business development. You are early in your career but have already gained some experience working with sales of technical products and building relationships with distributors or partners. You are proficient in Microsoft Windows & Office and gained some experience from using CRM systems. You enjoy working with sales and people, and you are eager to learn and grow in a global business environment. You thrive in entrepreneurial settings where your proactive mindset and sharp business sense can make a real difference. In addition, you are tech-savvy, communicative, and motivated by contributing to a meaningful mission while expanding your skills in an international context. The role includes traveling up to 20% and you have a Swedish or European passport. An academic background in sales, marketing, or engineering provides a strong foundation for your success. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Swedish is a plus. Beyond your formal qualifications, we value your curiosity, flexibility, and ability to collaborate and take ownership.
