About the job
As part of our Global Supply Chain Support team, you take the lead in shaping our processes by driving improvement initiatives. You handle documentation and review existing processes as well as create new ones by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Project management is crucial in this role, so you set up timetables, follow up, and analyze working methods, tasks, and gaps. You work closely with various departments globally, supporting and introducing new colleagues and providing training both within the team and across the company.
You design and oversee processes to meet objectives and key indicators, ensuring smooth order processing. Documenting requirements and securing stakeholder agreements are part of your daily tasks. You set targets, continuously improve process effectiveness, implement changes, manage exceptions, and keep documentation up to date. At the end of the day, global collaboration, supporting stakeholders, and improving our methods are essential parts of your job to ensure efficient and effective processes.
We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and ERP systems. Knowledge of M3 is a merit.
- Proven experience in process improvement and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing global projects and process integration.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
