Project Engineer, Risk & Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Engineer, Risk & Opportunity to our Pulp & Energy Business Line. Our new colleague chosen for this position will participate in:

• Developing and implementing the organization´s risk and opportunity practices as a part of the capital and sales projects.
• Supporting projects to manage risks by facilitating risk reviews and cost uncertainty analysis.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting continuous improvement efforts across all departments.
• Providing risk and opportunities management expertise, training, facilitation and tools to organization.

Expectations

We are looking for a person who has gained experience in quality by doing and has a strong “can do” attitude with no fear for hands-on working. To be successful in this position, you should also have:

• Master´s or Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field of studies.
• Working experience of risk management processes.
• Good understanding of Pulp and Energy business processes.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
• Networking skills to harvest the know-how in our matrix organization.
• Systematic and result-oriented way of working.
• Capability to understand the big picture as well as willingness to dig into details.
• A team player with good collaboration skills and ability to create engagement in others.
• Good communication skills and fluent language skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish (or Finnish) and English.
