As a Project Purchaser part of the New Product Development team, you will play a crucial role in our new product development projects, ensuring the successful sourcing and procurement of components and materials.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Early engagement with Engineering & Development (E&D) on sourcing activities.
• Developing strategic sourcing plans for projects, including multi-source, re-use, ES, and low-cost country (LCC) sourcing.
• Collaborating with strategic purchasers and commodity managers to secure supplier readiness (technology, processes, etc.)
• Managing direct material costs for assigned projects.
• Working cross-functionally to ensure products are designed for efficient and high-quality manufacturing.
• Coordinating tasks and teams across multiple factories and executing project timelines effectively.

Who You Are:

You set objectives to align with broader organizational goals. You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A BSc or MSc in Engineering or Business.
• A strong understanding of sourcing principles and supplier collaboration.
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management.
• Fluency in English and Swedish languages.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
