Sales Manager Nordics - Lambda Heat Pumps

Lambda Heatpumps, a leading Austrian manufacturer of high-efficiency air-to-water heat pumps, is expanding into the Nordic market. We are now looking for a Sales Manager Nordics to lead our market entry in primarily Sweden and Denmark. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and technically skilled individual to build our brand from the ground up and establish a strong presence in the region.

Your role
As Sales Manager Nordics, you will take both an operational and strategic role in launching Lambda Heatpumps in Sweden and Denmark. The primary focus will be on developing sales through wholesalers and direct partnerships with plumbing and HVAC companies that install heat pumps in residential and commercial properties. You work from your home office and will travel extensively.

You will be responsible for:
•    Driving sales and business development by identifying key customers and establishing strong relationships with heating installers, plumbers, and HVAC specialists.
•    Serving as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing initial technical support and product information.
•    Building the Lambda brand in the region, working closely with our headquarters in Austria on marketing and promotional activities.
•    Developing an in-depth understanding of the market, identifying the most effective sales channels and cooperation in adapting pricing strategies to fit local needs.
•    Providing technical expertise, supporting customers with technical information,  and following up on sales opportunities.
•    Laying the foundation for long-term growth, with the potential to develop into a Country Manager role as the business expands.

Your profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:
•    Proven experience in sales and business development within the heating, HVAC, or related industries.
•    Technical knowledge of heating systems, ideally with a background as a heating installer, engineer, or facility engineer.
•    An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive a market entry from scratch.
